French wash walls and ceilings bring warmth and texture to the main lobby, while steel-framed arched doors and windows introduce timeless architectural character. Soft curves and concealed perimeter LED lighting complete a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting.
Blúme
Blúme – Located in the new 88 O’Connell Precinct, this project represents our most refined fit-out to date. The entry makes a bold statement, leading into a space that truly speaks for itself. Every wall and ceiling was meticulously hand-finished using a French-wash brush technique or coated in Venetian plaster.
Steel-framed arched doors, herringbone flooring, and Taj Mahal stone benchtops are just a few of the standout premium details. Even with a challenging timeframe, Neu Built completed the project right on schedule while maintaining the highest standard throughout.
Docee
A contemporary hospitality fit-out defined by raw, honest materials and precision craftsmanship. Stainless steel benchtops and wall cladding create a clean, commercial aesthetic, while the monolithic concrete block service counter anchors the space as its architectural centrepiece.

Locked In Laundry
South Australia's largest laundromat, featuring 35 commercial machines, this purpose-built fit-out redefines the self-service laundry experience. Thoughtfully designed with durability, functionality and customer comfort in mind, the space combines robust commercial finishes with clean architectural detailing and meticulous craftsmanship.
Every element has been carefully executed to create a modern, high-performance environment built to withstand the demands of a high-volume operation.
