Fresh Lab Laundromat
The Vision was to design and construct a laundromat that was unique and different to the typical laundromats in Adelaide.
A custom built fit out with polished concrete floors, floating shelves, a architectural lighting design consisting of wall lights, LED strips and doubled-up scone lights.
Neu Built engaged an architect and worked closely with them, the client and Speed Queen to design a boutique laundromat.
Blúme
Blúme – Located in the new 88 O’Connell Precinct, this project represents our most refined fit-out to date. The entry makes a bold statement, leading into a space that truly speaks for itself. Every wall and ceiling was meticulously hand-finished using a French-wash brush technique or coated in Venetian plaster.
Steel-framed arched doors, herringbone flooring, and Taj Mahal stone benchtops are just a few of the standout premium details. Even with a challenging timeframe, Neu Built completed the project right on schedule while maintaining the highest standard throughout.
