His foundation in the industry comes from managing large-scale commercial construction works, including the successful handover of over 200 mid-rise residential apartments. In addition to his commercial expertise, Spero has several years of experience in South Australia's high-end custom home market, having worked with one of Adelaide’s most prestigious residential builders. Drawing on this diverse experience across both commercial and luxury residential construction, Spero proudly established Neu Built in 2024 and continued his commitment in the industry on delivery projects that last a life time.
